What does OneHeat do?

We use our expertise to help UK homeowners and landlords choose an A-Rated boiler thats right for their home, and then fit that boiler with precision and care for the best price possible.

It’s a simple proposition, summed up by our slogan: Boilers. Done Right.

Why did we create OneHeat?

We are here to disrupt the new boiler market by providing an expert service with a polished experience for our customers.

Our parent company noticed that there were two main categories of company in the gas boiler market:

One-man-band boiler companies that might really know their gas boilers, but struggled to provide a reliable, smooth and easy service for their customers.
Big tech companies that aim to provide that reliable, polished customer experience, but lacked the gas and heating knowledge themselves, relying instead on an ever-changing roster of sub-contractors to get the work done.

OneHeat is our answer to this problem.

In July 2022, we realised our vision with the launch of the new OneHeat website.

What makes OneHeat different?

While smaller companies lack the ability to deliver truly fantastic customer service, and larger companies increasingly concerned with their profit margins and not customer satisfaction, OneHeat was designed to occupy the middle ground: a fast, transparent and reliable new boilers service based on hard-earned knowledge of gas boilers and fitting.

Unlike some of the big tech companies that sub-contract out the actual work, we have cards-in gas engineers on our books and one of our founding directors, Paul Murphy, is a gas engineer himself with over 20 years experience.

Who operates OneHeat?

OneHeat is a trading name of Invictus Energy Group Limited (Company registration no. 11164654 ) which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, No 936045, and an Introducer for Improveasy Ltd (FCA Number 708623).

We’re a home-heating company from St Helens who have fitted over 5000+ boilers, including private installs and under the ECO 3 ‘Free boiler’ Scheme. It is under this name that OneHeat get’s is qualifications, licensing and certification when it comes to:
