Most of our Gas Engineers and customer service experts have been with us for years, and we hire rather than subcontract wherever possible to ensure that we continue to develop our Gas Engineers.
This way, we learn as a team from every job we complete, making us the best in the business.

Managers & Specialists
Our team of specialists and mangers keep OneHeat running efficiently for our customers. Again, rather than importing in people from other industries, we retain and train qualified gas engineers in key roles.
Customer Service
Rather than having a customer service team led by salesmen, ours is headed by gas engineers and supported by a booking in team with years of experience in boilers.

The core of our team. We rely on our gas engineers for their skills and expertise.
